Free Programs-Guelph Lake Nature Centre

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

The Guelph Lake Nature Centre runs evening and weekend programs customized for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.   A grant reducing the fee from $90 to $50 for a 2 hour program is still in place.   For the flat fee, they can handle up to 30 youth at one time.    Programs for Cubs & Scouts can cover badge requirements, or can just be a fun evening.   Flyer info  – HERE

Wellington Area Service Team has funds available to PAY for your evening, if you coordinate the event with Alisa Kuemmling, so that we can maximize the number of youth attending.   These funds are the result of a highly successful All Sections Camp in Wellington in May, and the Area team would like to see the profits from the camp go back to supporting programs for youth in Wellington.  Contact Alisa 519-836-3004 or  alisak@sentex.ca to book.

Now you know, Area events are funded when you participate at the Area level. Thanks to all those Groups who came and HAD FUN at the All Sections Camp :-) !
