CECcrestCentral Escarpment Council is one of the largest Councils that comprise Scouts Canada.  It encompasses an area stretching from New Hamburg in the West, to Bolton in the east, Burlington in the South to Fergus in the North.

Feel free to use this website for your information, realizing the contents are copyright Scouts Canada, 2009 and beyond.

For those not totally conversant with Scouting, youth (and all Groups are co-ed) are in sections as follows:

Beavers- ages 5-7; Cubs ages 8-10; Scouts ages 11-14; Venturers ages 14-17; Rovers ages 18-26.

When working with this blog site, on the main page, you’ll see links down the right-hand side.  These include other Council websites, other Scouting websites, and the links required to allow you to subscribe to feeds from this blog.

The blog itself is maintained for the Council by various people, including all 7 Area Commissioners and the Council Commissioner.
